Sheffield is well known globally for perhaps three main things, its historic steel industry, the superb film Full Monty and its football clubs Sheffield Wednesday and Sheffield United. Although neither of Sheffield´s big football clubs currently reside in England´s top flight league both have great histories and have won their share of domestic trophies, with Wednesday having being crowned league champions 9 times and United shading FA Cup glory with 4 wins.
